Good luck with that. I cancelled mine after a similar experience. About 3 weeks later I got the whole order in the mail anyway!
Good stuff, too. Be aware, that if you get a slide-style rig, the end of the kydex holster can hit just right to catch the cross slot on a full-size glock light rail and make it VERY hard to draw. Trimming a little there took the holster right back to perfect retention. The Pmag pouches, glock mag pouches, G26 holster and G34 w/light holster all were very well made, with perfect tension. The G26 holster had the little trimming fix needed for use with G19 or larger, but other than that it all was good stuff. Weird company, though.
