If we just removed the illegal benefits and not-so-free healthcare they receive and enforce the fuggin laws we already have, we would not need a wall and we would need one tenth the Boarder Patrol officers. This bloated government who taxes its citizens at the point of a gun or threat of property seizure is the problem. if the govt operated like it should.....we wouldnt need the BOR....which is why it wasnt initially included.
the govt doesnt have powers except those outlined in the constitution.......since the powers to restrict free speech and gun ownership arent explicitly given, the govt has no legal power to regulate them.
