Kelblys or zermatt …6arc?

Looking to purchase receiver for my boys first big boy rifle in 6 arc.

Which receiver would run this short case the best?

I plan on building one on an Origin, but I can’t imagine either would have any issues so I would pick whichever I liked best.

I have both and i will say either will suit your needs. I do have (3) TL3’s though

Both are great actions. The floating/changeable bolt face and control round feed push me to Zermatt.

Works well in TL-3, origin, and ARC Nucleus from what I've seen/built. Can't comment on Kelbly.

+1 for Origin. I have a 22 grendel in a KRG Bravo…feeds well with mdt valkyrie mags.

My vote is for Kelbly, built a .308 off the Black Bear Tactical Action and so far its been on point when i do my part. Also Ian Kelbly does a excellent job of helping you build a rifle you envision.

Zermatt gets my vote! I’m building a 6 ARC right now on an Origin action. I screwed on a Proof pre-fit and it's ready to drop in the chassis!

Those definitely work! As do Cz 527's (grendel or 7.62x39 carbines). The M700 footprint actions might facilitate "growing up" a bit better, though.
