Kestrel AB Problem

Anyone else have this happen?

Trying to transfer Gun Profile from the Kestrel to my computer and vise versa, I connect the kestrel through bluetooth and hit connect on the AB profile loaded application. It then says it's connected.

Then when I try to transfer profiles it says "Cannot establish the state of device. Check connection..."

If anyone can be any help this would be Greatly appreciated.

I've had it happen, restart it and the computer, make sure everything is running first then connect and transfer.

It never lasts, just inconvenient
