Kestrel and LOF

Have a kestrel 5700 w/AB on way. Considering what rangefinder to use since my Sig 2200 wont communicate. In a hunting situation where you may have several possible LOF is there a RF that has compass so it communicates to kestrel and updates LOF information for your shot?

I believe the Leica 2800.com has the compass built in.

Yes, the Leica sends distance, azimuth and elevation.

Have read post and reviews of issues with it communicating with the Kestrel. Is this still a problem or have updated been done? Thanks for your replies
