Hey All,

Partner and I are signed up for the 2019 Kettle Falls Steel Challenge next weekend, May 18-19. Has anyone received a match booklet or other misc. match info?

There isn't much information available online, and neither of us has received any further details regarding the match. Contacted the match sponsors, In Motion Targets, and have not received a response.

This will be the first major precision rifle match for either of us, any details/tips regarding:

Match location?
Lodging?
Expected stage design?
Recommended gear list?

Thanks!

Yours,
Brian

Match is a couple days away, and we still don't even know the exact location/start time. Tried calling/emailing Carl, no response. Anyone have info?

If you're on FB, maybe try the Northwest Precision Community group... lots of folks there will be attending.

The week of a major event, match directors tend to be a little bit busy... kinda like herding cats.

There will not be a match book. Expect every position but prone. Bring the gear you can carry all day long. Try benny's in Collvile for a hotel if you are not
camping. Watch you inbox for a message regarding check-in, or send Carl an email. See you there.

Really appreciate the guidance!

Sees like Benny's is the place to be: sign in starting 6pm Friday at Benny's and at the range on Saturday. Can anyone please confirm the location of the range?

Typically, yes... there is a fairly well attended match every year.

There is also a RTC (Riflemen Team Challenge) two-day field match @ Wilbur, WA that is a hoot.

As mentioned above, if you are on FB, join the 'Northwest Precision Community' group, and also like/follow the Northwest Precision Rifle League page - it's sort of an amalgamation of all the matches in the region - PRS, RTC, NRL, Border Wars...
