Testing subsonic rounds in by .308 SPS Tactical before shooting through my new can. I can’t find any powder, and the only factory rounds I got my hands on were 200 grain Lellier & Bellot subsonics. I figured the 200 grain bullet would probably not stabilize with my twist rate. Holes on the outside are full velocity, holes in the middle were the 200 grain subsonics at 25 yards. Glad I tested it first.

Good thing you tested. I'm surprised though. Would have thought they would have stabilized with the 1:10.

i was going to say, 1:10 should be good up through 220s. 1:12 wont get up to the 200's.

Barrel length is only 20". When I find some powder I am going to try loading 180 grain bullets and see how they do.
