Does anyone know if Terry will sell just the parts so I can install them in a stock myself? I tried getting a hold of Terry, I know he's a busy guy but I didn't get an answer.

Pretty sure you can get the hardware and put it in. My buddy had a smith add one to a T5.
Be patient, Terry's pretty good on contact usually, email has worked for me in the past.

Terry will sell you the hardware by itself, but you have to have some knowledge as to how to put it in, unless the stock came milled that way from McMillan. This is something I do for 175.00 if I provide the hardware. 125.00 if you have the hardware already. Joe
