The only that I can say is a BIG THANK YOU to TERRY CROSS
I called KMW on Friday afternoon late with a rifle question. Terry
not only sounded eager to listen to my problem, he offered ways for
me try and figure out what was going on. I lost signal on my phone
and phoned him back, and he was just as eager as he was before.
Then he told me that if what he suggested didn't work, to call back
and he would recommend me to someone that would be able to fix
My problem. Not only did he offer advise but he was willing to inform
and educate me.
Again KMW rocks and thank you Terry

Re: KMW ROCKS!!!!!

This rifle was not built or worked on by Terry. Should have included
That in the post. Rifle won't group at 100. Had all kind of work done
To it. Still no good. I called a couple of shops on here and everyone
Assumed that it was the barrel. Terry said it was likely something
Verry simple. He told me to try a few thing before sending it in for a
New barrel

+2

I spoke with Mr. Cross a few times and even purchase some items from him on a weekend. A truly helpful and generous gentleman. We even joked around with one another. It was like he knew me for a long time eventhough we only spoke with one another a couple of times. He, like a few others on this board, are always a pleasure to talk and do business with.

Its pretty hard to beat Terry in the standup guy category.

Re: KMW ROCKS!!!!!

Not yet, William Roscoe got in touch with me and suggested a few things to try. Will try to get to the range this weekend to try them. will keep posting till I have it corrected.
A big THANKS to William Roscoe for his time and knowledge.
These two gentlemen are a great asset to the industry and the sport.

Re: KMW ROCKS!!!!!

Terry has went above and beyond for me. He got me two Sentinel stocks and always thru in the NV mounts for free. He helped me get a KMW Contoured barrel for the build, I am cloning a Longsword, and he wanted to make sure I had all the correct parts.

Terry is a hell of a guy!

Re: KMW ROCKS!!!!!

I tried to order a rifle from Terry a couple of years ago but he was way behind in his shop so I had Surgeon build it. Terry was very cool to talk to. Great guy +1

On the grouping issue: My 6.5 X 47L refuses to hold an inch at 100 and is slightly worse at 150 - but regularly holds an inch or better at 300. From 300 to 1K it is just an absolute laser! I finally wrote it off as a short range bullet stability issue and moved on.
