Curious what brand of springs knights and other brands use as oem.

I doubt that you will find a definitive answer to that question.
Manufacturers tend not to divulge that info.
If you’re looking for a quality spring source, I use Sprinco exclusively in my guns (except my SR-15, that one is all Knight’s).
