Gunsmithing Know a Good 'Smith to Turn an AR Barrel Blank ?

Have my own barrel blank that I want finished and turned to a custom AR15 contour barrel. I know about CLE, WOA already. Besides them, does anyone know of a 'smith that does excellent quality work and takes these small jobs? Thanks.

You might give the guys at AR-15 Barrels.com a call, and see if they'll build a barrel on your blank.

Do you have a strait blank like a 1.20" dia. or is it rough turned for the AR already.

The blank is .975" dia. straight, turned on-center with the bore. I sent Randall at AR15 barrels email yesterday, never done business with this outfit but the info posted on the site by him seems like he knows a lot about barrels and very informative.

With that diameter it shouldn't take to long to finish. The problem is when you have one at 1.2 the turning time is so long.
