Rifle Scopes Konus scopes...opinions?

Was at a show today and saw some out on a table. Initial appearance looked O.K. Turrets had positive stops, glass seemed decent enough. Anyone have any first hand intel on these? Are there better choices in the same price range?

I have a 6x24 mil dot on a .22lr, and it works well. clear and tacks good. for the price, not bad at all.

I have a Konus M30 8.5-32X52, mounted on my Rem 700. I have no regrets. I shoot weekly to 500yds with no problems. Dealer told me if you have any problems with it bring it back and will hand you a new one. No questions asked.

I personally didn't care for the example that a buddy mounted on his rifle. He was having problems holding zero over the days shoot. We went back out the next day with my Explore mounted. After initial sight in, we shot 4 consequtive sub 1/2 MOA groups.

Short answer: I don't care for them at all.

Have had one mounted on Remmy 700 .223 for two years, and its held up very well. Just hard to mount low to the rifle, due to the eyepiece is so big. As far as price range go for a Super Sniper in 10x, far better scope in the price you are looking for.
