Does anyone know the height difference (if there is one) of the KRG Enclosed Forend vs the NV Bridge?

Since the info is no where to be found, I'll document it here.

Looks like KRG didn't change the height of the rail on the enclosed forend from the original r700 version to the Tikka version unfortunately, even though the Tikka scope bases sit much lower than r700 bases.
With a 30mm tube scope, I needed about a 1.8" tall scope mount to line up with a STD 1.5" Thermal on the enclosed forend rail (I used a 1.89" ERATAC mount and it was a hair too tall).

The KRG Backbone mounted NV Cap sits about 1/4" lower than the enclosed forend. I was able to get just about perfect vertical alignment with some Burris 1.6" Rings, which are the tallest rings I could find.

Do i need to use inverse 20moa mount( to make the rail flat) if i have 20moa rail on my rifle?

Sorry to sidetrack but does the enclosed forend mess with scope image at all if your scope is in something like medium height rings?
