KRG tooless adjustable buttpad

I did a quick search and didn’t find too much, is there any discernible differences in getting the polymer vs. aluminum adjustable buttpad? Going on a rifle that I’ll use for hunting but if the extra weight of aluminum is worth it I can make it work. Thanks!

I have both, think I got the aluminum first b/c the polymer was out of stock, then bought the polymer at later date for another rifle. Both have held up well enough, and the aluminum has more heft in hand, but not enough to make noticeable difference in balance to me.
