I've been trying to add an ambi QD socket to my KRG Xray (I bought it used and it did not have a rear QD). I have a bag of Brownells QD sockets, but I am having trouble finding the right chicago style screw and bolt to get one on either side. What has everyone used for a rear ambi QD? I assume its an 8/32, but cannot find one locally to test. I am assuming I could find a cap screw with the right depth, and turn the head down to fit in the QD if needed. I wanted to see if there was an easier way though.
