This is a clean set of L3 PVS15's with factory OMNI VIII green tubes. These don't have SPEC sheets, you can see min specs for OMNI VIII online. Overall very clean binos. The big plus is the glass. Every tube looks better through the 15's.

Have used this exact unit. The thin filmed green held up really well compared to some unfilmed l3 pvs1531 we had on hand.
