This is a L3 White Phos PVS14 with gain that I've had for a while. Good tube, solid performance. No SPEC sheet, but I'd estimate around 1800 FOM.
In full disclosure, this unit has a hard start. The power-up is a little slow. It's never caused a problem, just something I'm pointing out.
