Anyone have a picture of a cut to a receiver to enable the use of both SA and LA AICS mags on a LA receiver.

I am working on a rifle with two bottom metals for SA and LA mags for multicaliber use 6.5Creed and .300NM in same gun.

I feelike badger use to make a long action dbm that took short action aics mags. I could def be wrong though. That would require the apropriate stock inlet for the dbm and thats about it to run sa on an la. Or a standard la hinged floor plate assembly with 30-06 type follower chambered in 308 variant cartridge (m24 style) works good. I enjoyed an la 308 i use to run. No coal worries.

One of the guns i am making is a real Unicorn a tubegun, rear locker, carbon fiber folding stock chassis with reversible bolt stop for SA or LA bolt stroke. With 3 barrels and 2 bolts o_O

So have to use one bottom metal with either inserts or expensive mags some bloke welded up in a shed in UK or two bottom metals. Its easyer to make a second bottom metal and use standard mags. Literally not single part used is off the shelf but i would like to at least use standard mags🧻

These use Pierce actions for LA and SA AICS mags

AI ASR mags bloke welds up in a shed and cost you 130-150$ a piece
