Just wanted to say with all the negative posts on its durability I do have to give them credit for customer service. Placed a question on their website last night with contact info and problems I was having with it. This afternoon I got a call and was a very helpful guy on the other end wanting to know what was going on. He suggested a few things and told me some things I didn’t know on the lab radar unit and went and tired it out sure enough it collected data almost every round I shot today. Is it field tough? Maybe not for some that don’t secure it to a solid mount but I am satisfied with my interaction today after first problem with it in over a year.

My Labradar is covered in dirt and gsr from muzzles , has been knocked over by other
people several times and is running fine . At the range it’s clamped to a bench , or on a
cheap Slik tripod the rest of the time . Yeah it’s not grunt proof , but it’s called Labradar
not Gruntradar ....

I have had mine for about 1 year. I use it roughly 2-3 times a month. It has been great. The only issue i have had is the lack of the promised app. It would be sweet to manipulate it with my phone and stay in position. I use it prone with a cheap vanguard tripod, and most every shot suppressed.

I've had nothing but the best success with mine. I have an Oehler that I only used for load development due to the tedious set-up and tear down time. I utilize the Labradar with any range session as it only takes a couple minutes and it's armed and ready to roll. That versatility results in my comparing and capturing lots of MV data to build dope with to help with analyzing range results based ammo performance. From the external appearance though it looks as if it's made of the bomb-proof polymer similar to "Pelican Cases" which is misleading as it is sensitive to dropping, crashes, etc.

I got one about a month ago, from day one it has performed well. Called the support number and asked some technical questions, the person was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I have used it on a busy range with shooters on both sides of me and another labradar maybe 20 feet away with zero issues.
