Have any of you dealt with this brass. Picked up 100 pieces of once fired, sized and primed 20 pieces, but when i try to seat bullet, it collapses the neck of the casing into the shoulder. Any thoughts, i've re-sized it multiple times with fls and neck sizer. Makes no difference.

working on photos. Keeps saying the attachment exceeds my quota...per Sniper's Hide.

It's acting like the brass is not large enough to accept bullet. just completely flattens shoulder when seating bullet. It's gotta be one shot brass because the guy at the gun show told me so..haha.
I attempted 3.- 2 collapsed the shoulder, one did not but shaved alot of copper at the throat, like it wasn't sized/flared properly.

Are you sure that your sizing die has an expander ball?
Sounds like the expander ball is missing from your decapping rod, therefore you resize your brass perfectly in the outside but ,
there is not enough expansion of the neck to sit bullet correctly and smoothly

That makes sense, but I was wondering why it sizes all my Winchester, Lapua, Norma, and Remington and works perfectly. What could the difference in that particular brass ?
Just checked my die, and the expander is intact.

Check the DIAMETER of your expander, maybe they put the wrong one in, it should be a little less than .308
