Lothar Walther barrels and tight tolerances will certainly get you accuracy. No adjustable gas block makes it a lot less interesting.

Do they make the receivers in house?

They do make all receivers in house. They don’t currently use adjustable gas blocks because with rifle length gas, an open port, and a rifle length buffer on their AR10’s. They just haven’t needed to. I think you’ll find that common on many complete rifles.

That being said, I’m not at liberty to release specific details. But.....they will be releasing a gas block that is going to change the game just in time for shot. In my opinion, this new system will make Lanxang a house hold name.

I'm not going to lie, it seems like just another cookie cutter AR-# company, but what they have done with them in competitions is remarkable. I'd definitely want to see an adjustable piston system for suppressing, but an adjustable block would suffice all the same.

I totally understand that sentiment. But as you’ve said they’re results are impressive.

I met up with these guys by happenstance and got to shoot it in a couple competitions. That’s when I became a believer.

I cringe every time I see another AR company make their way into the market. Having a wide selection to pick from is great but nothing new or inventive is brought to the market. I’m interested in what they will present at SHOT.
A lot of times as well it’s the Indian and not the arrow.. speaking in terms of competitions.

Great read! I have become a Lanxang fan boy of sorts since I bought my VL34 last year. Maybe I just got lucky, but that rifle is the best gas gun I have owned period. I have had quiet a few from the big names KAC Larue BRO 2a JP
It is nice having a gun that brings the smiles when your walking up to the paper.
