I’m assuming it is, so wanted to inquire here. Does anyone have experience with the .223 69 grain Scenar Lapua factory ammo? Good to excellent results?

I shot some of it in a 223 AI to fireform, it shot lights out. I also ran a few rounds through an SPR with the same results.
Have never had an issue with Lapua ammo. Their bullets may not be the highest BC but nobody beats them in the quality/consistency department.
