Las Vegas area gun builder

anyone familiar with a company called L.O.D. gun builder out of Vegas.I found someone selling a custom built 308 off a Sako action.I cant find any info on the builder .the guy selling is looking for $3000 ,the gun has a mcmillian stock, krieger barrel,Leupold mk4 10x ,he never shot the gun so cant vouch for accuracy.,the gun was built in 98,any info is appreciated

Not familiar with L.O.D. There is a place called Long Mountain Outfitters that has a pretty good smith associated with them but that is the closest thing i can think of.

really dont know much about the action, it was marked sako,i didnt write anything down and wont be seeing the seller again until feb so i'm trying to do my homework and find info on the builder.
