Nice color combination. It does surprisingly well at breaking up the shape.
I was thinking the other day about the camo they used on Navy ships during WWII
how stark the color differences were that they used but also how they were pretty damn effective.
This large a color scale between the colors reminds me of the same principle.

    Really great creativity.

Dat's very nice! At our first 600yd match this year someone walked by me and blurted out they hate my Alpine camo rifle, which looks similar to this, whatever, to each his own.

Some love our paint. Some dont. When designing this pattern I wanted some flash as much as usefulness. I loved early S. Vietnam tigerstripe as a kid. Always thought it looked really cool. This pattern tries to emulate some of that.

James O'Neill has proven that it works. His Coyote ventures get intense. What I personally like is how busy the paint is. I look at a lot of digital attempts and it reminds me of a game of tetris. Interlacing color is few and far between where's this pattern layers pretty well. We're constantly asked if it's film dipped or silk screened. It's hand laid up paint. Stencils are cut on our Graphtech 6000 vinyl cutter. State of the art piece of equipment. It's taken Kalli and I a few years to get the appearance were after. Small changes over time. I think we've finally settled on the pattern now. I really like how this stock came out.

    cool stuff.
