I have not reloaded LC53, 54, 0r 55 brass before. I might have a lead on some. Would it be good to use for a standard hunting load?? I do not know alot about it without seeing it. Would I need to do anything special to remove the primers, or seat new ones?? I don't think that powder or primwer was corrosive. Was it?? Thanks, Tom.

Re: LC53--54---55

LC switched to non-corrosive primer in 06-1951 for ball, and 04/05-1952 for AP, API, and tracer, so no need to wash the cases out to get rid of any primer residue.

Primers will be crimped, so a bit harder to deprime, and they will then need to be swaged/crimp removed before seating a new primer into them.

Good, durable brass, so fine for hunting or whatever
