Leapers UTG Recon Flex KeyMod Bipod

Anyone have any experience with this specific bipod? I like the way it lowers the center of gravity on the rifle! But I'm wondering how is the quality?

I just bought one for a friend; paid $40. Quality seemed ok. Legs are not spring loaded to extend. I warned him that he might have to dig one of the legs in on unlevel ground since this will not allow the rifle to rotate/cant
