Good luck and be safe out there. I have 4 buddies heading there as well. Nothing better than harvesting a animal that is all ready seasoned up with a little sage..... YUMMY

Yes. Ever since Big Joe showed my son how to manipulate the bolt on the DTA,he has wanted to hunt with it. Its his go around.

The only reason I ask is that I am getting ready to cut mine down. How is the accuracy with it at the distance you shoot? And what barrel do you have on it?

Have a great hunt. i just drove back 400 miles from interstate last night i shot 2 Fellow Deer Does and now mave around 100lbs of venison in my freezer ready to start eating we hung them for 3 days in the chillar then on ice for the drive back yesterday and then into the freezer today i hope you have good luck aswell.

Dave, you can't do that!! Do you know how cold it is up there in the winter? That would put a severe dent in your post count on the hot girlfriends thread!

Just got word from my brother that he is now leaving a day early from Afghanistan, so he might be KILLIN with us....should be a great time!
