A, it's unnatural.
B, you need to remove the hand supporting the buttstock/rearbag.
C, you loose your hand as you need to move it to allow the bolt to cycle without destroying your thumb.
D, you end up moving your head anyhow, so you loose cheek weld more.
If you shoot F Class where your rifle is basically in a vice then yes, it can be a bit better, but the advantages arent really there.
try it if you like, but coming from a lefty who shot right-bolt for ages, its not as sick-cool as it sounds. </div></div>
This quote is from the thread that is tacked above. I think Remoah nailed it in his comments. IMO this falls into the "good idea in theory" category, but if you're shooting from anything other than a vise it's not going to be advantageous. Just try holding your rifle in a sitting or standing position and then remove your support hand to touch your nose. A quick follow up shot just won't be there.
