So I have this older Leica lrf 1200, it has always been a good rangefinder, but it began to have problems a while back. Meaning it was difficult to hit targets at 800+ yards, it was finiky at best. so I called Leica CS and asked what to do, they said to send it in and they would check it out. a week later a package arrived at my office, with a brand new CRF 1200!
That's service, and I'll never regret spending all that money. Now I have a better rangefinder than before, Thanks a million to the good people at Leica.

Now that is real customer service! Good way to generate repete, and new customers.

Nearly same exact thing happened to me with a crf 1200, sent me a new one just like you said.

Now for a shot at Swarofsky, I'm gonna send it in for basically the same problem, they said it has to go back to Austria

But they are gonna send me a loaner to use in the mean time. wow!!!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Leica as well. Made me a repeat customer.
