Rifle Scopes Leica lrf 1200 not ranging

SO my Leica lrf is not ranging passed about 72 yards if and when it dose range at all. Can't get a hold of Leica has anyone had this problem??
I just put a new 9 volt in it before posting.

You can't get a hold of Leica? Anytime I've left messages there they've been returned within a couple of hours.

I'm assuming the lenses are clean and clear, new battery you stated....so, it probably needs to be sent for service.

yep all are clean i called again and the answering machine said they closed early because of bad weather and might not be in tomorrow if the weather is still bad. So i will try again on Monday

Call Leica @ 1-800-222-0118 ext 217 and speak with Dave Elwell.
There was a big snow storm in NJ today, where Leica is located, and perhaps that is why nobody was available.
