Rifle Scopes Leica Magnus 1.8-12X50 VS S&B Polar 2.5-10X50

Optimal image quality. After reading many opinions would it be accurate to state the Magnus has slightly better image/eyebox/fov and the Polar may have slightly better low light performance?
I know Dark Lord prefers the Magnus for an all around hunting scope, but I don't recall him saying the Polar had better low light performance and many hunters seem to swear by the Polar during twilight. ????????????
I'm about to place an order for the Magnus and don't want to feel like I should have chosen the Polar.

Both are excellent in low light. If you want a meaningful improvement, go to a larger objective.
