Where can you buy a set of the Leica Vector 6500 yard rangefinding binoculars or the occular 3500 yard one?

You'll need to go to Vectronix directly. Vector's start ar around 13K, the PLRF's start around 4K. Anyone selling even a used pair of Vector IV's for less than 8K is probably selling stolen government property. Check the s/n with Vectronix before you purchase.
