I recently purchased a Leopold Mark 5 scope (7x35x56). I want to start shooting PRS but I'm pretty much starting from the ground floor since this type of shooting will be new to me. I bought a Leopold Mark 6 IMS mount/base( model no. 175961)from Optics Planet. It was listed as a 20 MOA base for Bolt rifles. Here is why I'm posting this thread. In the Q+A section of Optics planet its described as an AR rifle base .....so does anyone know which it is? Leopold tech support who I called says its a 0 MOA base and will work with bolt rifles that have 20-30- MOA built into the rail. Does anyone here have one of these Leopold mounts? Im looking at putting this on a Savage 110 elite precision rifle or a Ruger precision rifle that have 20 or 30 MOA in their respective rails. Thanks for any help you can give me!
