I’ve just purchased my first house and moved in this past weekend. No time to set up a nice new reloading bench for the new gun room and looking for some ideas! Let’s see your reloading room!

Basic bench but it works very well. It is a lot more cluttered now.

I have the same one for my limited space. It’s very solid but it bugs the fuck out of me the drawers only come out half way lol. Also that flimsy metal cabnet hf sells is awesome for storing powder and projectiles, really cleans up your area. I put a dry erase board inside one of the doors for common loads

Part of the gun room has that exact same bench. We tied it into the wall studs and it is stable.

The other side has built in 14ft of heavy bench for gunsmithing.

That is why the reloading presses went back to the little bench.

I just finished building my new one. It’s compact but has a fair amount of storage. It took me a year after getting into my house to get around to building a nice bench. I think eventually I’ll build another just for prep. I just thought that a nice bench would make all of the hours behind it, that much more rewarding. Congrats on the new house!

I just have a small space for my reloading activities. I may end up rearranging things soon.

This is an old pic. The three hole turret has been swapped for a four hole, and there is more clutter now ?

I have the same bench and had problems with the drawer slides coming apart. I found some 16" drawer slides at Grizzly.com that allow the drawers to come out significantly farther than the stock ones. If you replace them get the 3/8" thick slides - most slides are 1/2" thick and won't fit that bench.

I just got this bench assembled finally still have the walls to do. I ordered wall panels from Durham steel products to hang things on. I believe that they are the same as Secure panels just about a 1/3 the price. The wall pieces should fit Securite rifle hangers and the durham bins will fit and i will make some custom ones for some tools. The bench is 8' long and 30" deep I used 3/4" plywood and just painted it with a good garage floor paint I keep my rifle cases behind the toolbox by the way.

Just started to reload a couple of weeks ago. Cost a small fortune to get set up and going but well worth the investment. I've been nerding out with my load and ladder tests and wish I would have done this years ago.

I don’t have much room, so loading equipment is spread all over the place.
I use the steel welding bench for .50, the mill table is easily setup/torn down for smaller calibers, another wood bench for misc.

I only have an 8x8 building to do it in. Room is tight but you work with what you have.

Well...i decided to make a stand for my press. I think i over did it, but I like how it turned out.
It would have been cheaper to buy one after I burned up my drill and had to purchase a few things.
added an additional picture with it bolted down to my bench.

I will be getting ready to start building a reloading workstation in my basement. These are great examples. Thanks everyone!

I've been through countless reloading bench renditions over the last 30+ years. I finally built what I think will be my last top. I can add what I need and remove quickly as needed.View attachment 7419597

I notice you have a big granite(i'm assuming) slab with your scales on it. I've heard this mentioned before. Someone school me on this please. Isn't it called something? (besides a slab)... is the purpose to keep everything level? or keep from jiggling? or both? lol

Granite inspection plate I had laying around and needed to do something with it, makes nice scale base.
