Has anyone used the Leupold Custom Shop to make a Custom BDC Reticle, or Turrets? I was thinking about getting one made for my F-Class rifle. Any info would be great.

I've used them a couple of times to have target turrets put on one of their scopes. The price was reasonable and the work was done promptly.

I had them put custom BDC for my 3gun 1-4. Just told them I wanted a 200yd zero and a dot at 285,425,525, what bullet I was useing what elevation and speed. It came back right on the money. You do need to keep on them because they lost my scope for a couple of weeks. But it all turned out ok.

They made me a set for a 4.5-18 VX7L but I never used them. Have been completely happy with the factory MOA turrets.

I had them laser etch a couple of scout scopes for me lately. Not a very big deal, but They took care of it in a reasonable time frame. I was satisfied.

I've also heard of many satisfied customers.... get a vx 3 n throw turrets on it n u have a mark 4.... well close.

has anyone had one of these scopes, or similar on a 1" tube, sent back to leupold to have the target turrets changed out?

Ok called leupold and they said it's doable to put the M1 turrets on it and it would cost $130

I emailed about getting a TMR reticle and M1 knobs installed on a 4.5x14 with 1" tube, here's the reply I got:
The M1 turrets cost $129.99 and the TMR will cost $159.99. Return shipping is free. Service currently requires approximately two weeks, not including shipping time. When shipping product for warranty or service, please include a note of instruction, return address, phone number and e-mail address. Please record the model and serial number of your product and ship the optic only. Remove any mounts, rings, sunshades or lens covers. It is recommended that you purchase insurance and retain a tracking number to document the arrival of your product. If you need any further assistance please call our technical service department at (503) 526-1400 or (503) 646-9171.
