All too often we come on forums and bash companies or people for their mistakes. I am just as guilty of this as anyone. But, on this occasion I was really impressed with the Leupold customer service and felt I should publicly praise them for their efforts.
I spoke with a representative about the work I wanted done on Monday June 9th and the scope was back to me on June 12th with all the work completed. That is absolutely amazing and so much quicker than I would have thought possible. In addition, the gentleman I spoke with was very friendly, courteous, and respectful.
