Rifle Scopes Leupold M1, M2, M3 differences

Whats the main differences between these on the Mark 4 scopes?

M1 turrets = 1/4 MOA
M2 turrets = 1/2 MOA
M3 turrets = 1 MOA (elevation, I believe the windage is 1/2 MOA)

M1 turrets are .25 MOA (1/4 MOA) value windage and elevation.

M2 turrets are .5 MOA (1/2 MOA) value windage and elevation.

M3 turrets are 1 MOA ELEVATION and .5 (1/2 MOA) WINDAGE values.

M5 turrets are 0.1 mil (1/10 miliradian or improperly marked as 1 CM) value windage and elevation.

Personally IF I needed to buy a Leupold it would be with a TMR reticle and M5 turrets FFP.
