Rifle Scopes Leupold Mark 4 spotting scope HELP

I have a chance to pick up a leupold mark 4 12-40x60 mil dot spotting scope but I noticed it has a nsn number on it. Did all of these have a nsn #? I've never had one and it's a decent price. Was curious if any of you guys that have one had a nsn number on the eye piece. Thanks guys.

This came off of the scope I thought the scope was marked but it was not. Just this thing I have no idea what it is

That is just a ARD/killflash. You can buy them on Amazon for ~$150.

Oh ok yeah I thought maybe it was a kill flash but I've never seen one that was a glass lense. Most of them are the honeycomb.

I could be wrong but the last pic looks like a laser filter. They did a filter/ard combo for those spotters with that filter and the honeycomb ard

After seeing the new picture added I would agree. They can be found on eBay and the like but are typically not supposed to be available for civilian purchase if they are anything like the ones for something like a PVS14.
