Rifle Scopes Leupold Mark 5HD overview vid

I just watched the video over on youtube where I subscribe to your channel. Good review, glad you break down the fact that you get what you pay for in this world of kit, and witha few exceptions this usually is the case. Keep the vids up, Thanks for sharing!

There is one thing on the MK5HD that just gets my OCD... The windage turret mark. being that it is at a different angle than normal, I would lose my mind, lol

The angle it's at is fine, what is annoying is that the line doesn't continue on to the threads that the cap screws onto. Because of that, there's enough gap between the edge of the windage line and the lines on the windage dial that it's easy to off a 1/10 or 2. Most everyone I know with. Mk5 (myself included) just scribe a line on the threads.

I have one of these as well and love it!

Thanks for all the great videos!!

The adjustment knobs are definitely my favorite.
I like how you know what turn your on without evening looking.
I had the 3.6-18 on my 22lr and was shooting out to 500 yards with it so definitely gave those knobs a workout and it is super reliable...

The weigh of the optic or lack there of is awesome as well!

This is my first LEUPOLD scope ever.. been running the vortex razor and a bunch of other things and always felt like Leupold was a little over priced for what you get but when I saw these on sale for $1,799 and a free kesteral 5700 I had to jump on board and definitely don’t regret that decision!

"The whole just as good silliness. It just needs to stop." Ha, you could do an entire video on that sentence alone. I have this discussion all of the time with friends that are finally making the move from Grandpa's rifle to a something modern.

Thanks for the video. I'm getting a 3.6-18 Mk5 this week and am looking forward to it.
