Leupold Mk 4 Inverted Mount

I just got a Leupold Mk 4 spotting scope with inverted Horus Reticle. I'm looking for an appropriate tripod mount. LaRues is LEO/MIL only and Ashbury's seems very expensive. Anyone have any tips on how best to mount this scope or about the best mounts?

You can make one from aluminum flat stock, some bending and a few screws
