What choice between "EoTech XPS2" and "TACTICAL LEUPOLD PRISMATIC (63300)"

Is the LEUPOLD TACTICAL PRISMATIC is a good product?

Which to choose?

I use EOTechs, but I got to use the Leupold when they first came out.

It has an etched reticle. I thought the reticle was sharper than an EOTech and if the battery ever died, you'd still have a reticle.

The unlit reticle was pretty useless indoors but worked well outdoors against blue silhouette targets.

For your consideration: the Leupold uses a watch battery

I have both. I will agree with sloth. The leupold I use on my ar on the farm very clear and sharp. And the eotech for the ar in the house. The reason l didn't like the eotech for on the farm is a got tried of having to change the brightness setting in high and low light. And it is narrower than the eotech tends to get hung on stuff less.

Both great optics just how you use it and personal preference.

I have not tested this idea but i would be the eotech with stand far more abuse then the leupould

Something to keep in mind is eye relief as well. Even those its 1x, the Prismatic has a lower eye relief and you will get very noticable tunnel vision. If eye relief is a concern for you, the XPS might be the way to go.

Neither. AImpoint Pro or Aimpoint T1.

Yes Aimpoint is a good material, but Leupold is 1 moa and EOTech is also one moa option.

i would go eotech out of the two. you'll be happier. as for myself i am a big aimpoint fan, but baring that, eotech out of those two
