Re: Leupold Scope M4

gday,
with the custom bullet drop dials just have 2 questions if you can help, can you get these done for the m3 turrets , and when changing dials is the process just as simple as removing the dial as you would to reset to zero ?
thanks just curious cos i just purchased a mark 4 3.5-10x40m3 .

Heh.

Well, the way it works is that you call Leupold and you tell them EXACTLY what bullet you are using, the adverage temperature where you'll be shooting, the distance you will zero the rifle at, the distance above see level, and the starting MV.

They then etch a custom dial for you that allows you dial in elevation (and they have windage available as well) in increments of 100 meters / yards.

I've only seen this with M1 dials.

I do know that ALL scopes with M1 dials can use ALL M1 custom dials. (So a 4.5x15, 8.5x25, 6.5x20, etc... etc... call all use the same knobs.)
