What is the difference between a vx-11 6-18*40 target and a Mk2 6-18*40 tactical?

Probably weight too. Aren't the vx models generally lighter weight? At least I had thought I read or heard that somewhere.

MK2 weights 14.5 oz the vx 11 Target is 15.8 oz the vx 11 14.0 oz

The vx 11 target has turrets

Thank you so there is no real advantage with the tactical? So I might just go with the tactical.
