Rifle Scopes Leupold Tactical Binoculars Mil Dot vs. plain

Help me please,

I am trying to decide between the Leupold tac binos with MIL
Dot reticle or just the plain old lenses.

Does anybody have any experience with either of these options.
My scope is a LRT with Mil dot. I am thinking that it would be nice to have the binos with the same reticle for spotting, but I am worried that the reticle will obscure the view through the glass.

my experience is only the steiner M22 with ranging reticle,and it works fine,but not 100%,its not easy to estimate the correct range with a 7 power bino
