Rifle Scopes Leupold turret switching question

I'm looking at a scope that has the tall target turrets. Anybody know what Leupold charges to switch these out and replace with M3 turrets?

The tall ones are the M1, dont belive Leupold will change the turret systems.

I think its $150. Call 1 800 LEUPOLD and ask to make sure.
