I have a long range capable 22LR equipped with a Leupold VX II. And I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with custom turrets on a leupold.
They mostly do it for the Tactical side, but since they have been taken over by another company, they have been very accomodating. I just had custom turrets made for my MK IV M3, in 6.5 Creedmoor. You have to call customer service direct, as there is no where on their web site to do this...
i have done it on a vxiii and it works well,i only did the elevation knob.
the turret knob i used was a after market one NOT the stoney point.
the one i used was from a company called- kenton industries- it was pretty pricey,partially my fault for not
understanding there pricing. the turret is one price then the markings are added on (damn near the price of the turret itself).
it works very well and when you remove it you can go back to normal.
