Rifle Scopes Leupold VX3i 4.5x14x40 side focus CDS

So I just picked up one of these to go on a new Bergara B-14 Hunter in .30-06 I got some Warne steel mounts and low rings.
I'm working up loads now. Anyone have any experience with these scopes?
What are your likes/dislikes?

I have one in 3.5-10x40 on a 300 win mag and I love it.

It's usually better to ask before you buy but since you already did it I've got one of their vx3i "LRP" which is sort of the CDS model except it has a big ass elevation knob with zero stop. I haven't had any problems with it and the glass quality is good enough. In my opinion these are the sorts of mid-priced scopes Leupold should have been making many years ago.
