Suppressors LH thread adapter?

Ok, so a neighbor is waiting on his suppressor (5/8-24 direct thread).. he's wanting to use it on a older Remington bolt action. He had the muzzle brake removed and according to Remington, they are LH thread - I believe 1/2-28 since it's a pretty thin barrel.

Anyone know of an adapter that is LH thread? I recommend just recutting the muzzle, but told him I would check with others as well.

Mark doesn't list what you want in stock, but he has made custom adapters for me in the past, so maybe he'll do it for your neighbor. Worth a call....
