Every state should check their FSA rolls, and all past due accounts, before allowing in cent to get paid.
Had a cousin who filed bankruptcy in Indiana in 1980. He was at the will reading & thought when X property was sold at auction, his worries were over. The State of Indiana proved him wrong, after they took his cut (inheritance money)he still owed $125K. All states should do this to stop their folks from getting fucked, by game'rs
