I'd love to see a permanent list of Gunsmiths, by state. Good Smiths. There are a lot of really good smiths out there, they may not be as well known, or turn out 1000 guns a year, but their work is first class, as well as their business practices. I'd love to see a list of the good smiths, along with contact info. I believe it would be very helpful for those looking for services. I realize the good smiths are covered up with business, but it can't last forever, it would be a great way to keep our shooting sport alive. Not to mention, some if not many, would gain enough business because of the list, they may become advertisers here on the hide. Any thoughts?

I've had experience with Charlie for sure, as he is an incredible rifle builder and a first rate guy to work with. I haven't had a chance to do any work with Eagle Machine but I hear great things, and Calibers just started up a full gunsmith shop. They're still new, but the couple brakes and handgun work I've had done were top notch.
